Led by Founders Megan & Izaac Trpeski, and Deborah & Nick Petreski, MIND began in 2020. It is a private family owned company. Izaac Trpeski
Izaac has over 25 years experience in the residential property market as an investor, property developer, and business owner/entrepreneur with multiple successful businesses in international trade. With a background in managing large scale design teams in various brand, marketing and user experience sectors, Izaac was a foundation member on LendLease’s ‘Podium’ automation design and digital twins project designed for the construction industry. At LendLease, Izaac learned the importance of mid-large scale development project’s end-to-end phases from design to construction through to completion. These pivotal skills and traits are transferred and have been crucial to the MIND business.
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Deborah Petreski
Deborah has over 35 years experience in the residential property market as an investor and developer both locally in Wollongong, as well as Sydney, Victoria, Queensland and abroad. Deborah has owned and operated a number of successful small businesses which have transferred over to MIND with her unwavering work ethic. Deborah has honed her professional experiences and strategic relationship skills to become an integral part of the team. Deborah’s commitment to deliver exceptional service, the best experience, and success to each project is a true passion and key driver. Solving problems with consultants is Deborah’s forte. Deborah's is also devoted to giving back to the local Community with Rotary.
PROJECT SALES & ACQUISITION DIRECTOR
Megan Trpeski
Megan brings a high level of strategic expertise to the MIND team with over 25 years of sales experience with a passion for real estate. She
has owned and operated successful businesses in international sales and trade establishing new markets locally and abroad. Working along side specific professional sales agencies with MIND’s projects means she is close to the action and has a keen interest in the Project Sales & Marketing success. Her priority is to deliver exceptional results and always exceed client expectations. Megan has a meticulous attention to detail, takes great pride and integrity in the projects at MIND, and over delivers customised solutions for the buyer. Megan is a key driver to success with MIND’s boutique projects.
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Nick Petreski
Nick has over 35 years experience in the residential property market as an investor and developer both locally in Wollongong, as well as Sydney, Victoria, Queensland and abroad. Along with over three decades of unique blend of construction and property experience, Nick possesses a deep understanding and vast knowledge in all fields, specifically mechanical and engineering. These skills position Nick as a trusted advisor capable of including the day to day research, back end operations, and overseeing all details and execution from external consultants. This provides essential support for the team at MIND and ensures quality control is at the forefront.
